DDForum activities were designed to promote the ideas of democracy and to deal with intellectual and cultural activities, which could enhance socio/political Dialogue for sustainable Development.
Our Objectives
- Analysing political and social development situation in Yemen, searching the ways of solving problems and promoting peace opportunities through proposing appropriate alternatives dialogue to minimize the negative effects of political conflicts.
- Expanding public interest in political affairs towards wide political participation through dialogue, specially among academics and political parties who have big effect among students and youths
- Contributing to peace building through strengthen political transition process and Spreading awareness of human rights principles .
- Encouraging youths,women and marginalised groups to participate in political and social affairs through educations, training and capacity building programs.
- implementation of effective programs towards empowering Yemeni women participation in political affairs.
- Defending women’s legal, social, and economic rights, to empower them in sociopolitical life .
- Expanding public interest in political affairs towards wide political participation through dialogue, specially among academics and political parties who have big effect among students and youths
